Recreational Activities
Seasonal activities include cross country skiing, ice skating, sledding, snowshoeing, camping, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and biking. During the summer, take a ferry ride on the historic Red River to learn about the fertile soil in the valley. You’ll also find plenty of year round activities like disc golf, dog parks, and skate parks.

Fargo Sports Complex
The new Fargo Parks Sports Complex is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2024. This will be a destination facility with indoor space for over 13,000 local kids and over 20 local community organizations to use regularly. The complex will provide sporting activities as well as multiple kinds of events and programs.
